A pickup truck carrying funeral attendees fell approximately 300 metres into a gorge in Uttarakhand's Tehri Garhwal district on Thursday afternoon. The driver reportedly lost control at a curve near Nail village. Eight occupants died, including the driver, while two injured passengers received hospital treatment.
