West Bengal Assembly elections focus on the Presidency division's 111 seats, TMC's stronghold since 2011. The region covers six electoral districts: Kolkata, Howrah, Nadia, and North and South 24 Parganas. TMC won 96 of 111 seats in 2021, while BJP secured only 14. The division votes April 29 in the second phase. BJP must break TMC's dominance to form Bengal's government.
