Thirteen killed in second India fireworks blast in three days

Thirteen people died in a firecracker factory explosion in Thrissur, Kerala on Tuesday afternoon. Around forty workers were assembling firecrackers for an upcoming festival when the blast occurred, injuring several others critically.
