Haryana government initiated an anti-encroachment campaign across urban areas, starting with Gurugram, following Punjab and Haryana High Court's decision regarding the 'Stilt plus four floors' policy. On the first day, authorities demolished over 215 guard rooms, cleared 250 park encroachments, and removed illegal structures including ramps, boundary walls, shops and toilets from DLF Phase-1 and other licensed colonies.
