What Happened
On March 13, Israeli settlers allegedly attacked Khirbet Hamsa al-Fawqa in the West Bank's Jordan Valley, assaulting dozens of Palestinians including resident Qusay Abu al-Kabash. Settlers beat residents, threatened death, and stole livestock. Sexual violence was reportedly used as intimidation.
