Maharashtra Government told Bombay High Court it will lift the Look Out Circular against UK-based doctor Sangram Patil if investigation reports aren't available within three weeks from April 20. Patil was detained January 10 for allegedly posting objectionable content against a BJP leader. He must provide undertaking to return to India for interrogation.
