What Happened
A 22-year-old IITian, daughter of an IRS officer in Southeast Delhi, was allegedly assaulted with a table lamp and water bottle by 23-year-old Rahul Meena in her fourth-floor study room. After rendering her unconscious, he reportedly dragged her downstairs, raped her, and stole Rs 2.5 lakh from a safe using a screwdriver. The victim's parents were at the gym when the incident occurred.
