Delhi High Court permitted AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal to file written submissions on the recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma from hearing the CBI's liquor policy scam case. Justice Sharma remarked the court was making an exception ensuring Kejriwal felt heard. The verdict pronouncement was postponed from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm Monday. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta opposed the fresh filing.
