Amazon taps Sweden’s Einride for its electric big rigs

What Happened

Swedish startup Einride is deploying 75 electric heavy-duty trucks on Amazon's Relay freight network. The company will also establish charging infrastructure across five US locations. Einride retains ownership and operates the trucks using its Saga AI software, while Amazon drivers access them through the Relay app platform.
